COMPUTER SYSTEM AND WORD PROCESSING
The firm is fully automated and has been for many years. We strive to keep our computer systems upgraded to the latest technology available. We are a fully automated firm with one of the most sophisticated communications systems available. Every person in our office has a desktop or laptop computer with access to our computer-communication network to facilitate the interchange of ideas, documents and information. All of the attorneys' home computers have the capability of connecting to the office's computer network so that the firm's vast resources are available to service our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

DOCUMENT TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT
The firm's Microsoft Outlook e-mail system is accessible through the Internet, which permits the firm to send as well as receive documents from clients while away from the office. This accessibility permits the rapid exchange and completion of projects and information.

The firm's interoffice e-mail system promotes document transmission and communications between attorneys within the firm thereby increasing efficiency and reducing costs to clients.

SUMMATION/DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
The firm currently uses Summation document management software in concert with the use of scanning technology to increase efficiency in document-intensive litigation and to reduce costs to our clients.
